The Monitoring Platform product used for the project is a Unified Monitoring System supporting at the same time Telephony Interception, Internet interception and Electronic Surveillance

Each interception function requires an independent SW License and a set of HW components

The operation of the system is performed by Operator Workstations that allow to control all the available interception functions using the same Graphical User Interface

Monitoring activities in the various domains (Voice, Internet, Electronic Surveillance) can be assigned to any specific user and user profiles are available to provide different level of authorizations to access the various system functionalities 

Multiple users can operate the system at the same time to perform their specific monitoring activities
